Crunchwrap Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
2 K&Ns Burger Patties
1 cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 cup red beans (Boiled)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup boiled peas (mashed)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green chutney
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp oil (divided)
4 flour tortillas
2 Fried corn tortilla chips
cup Cashew Queso
cup salad leaves, chopped
cup tomatoes, chopped
Cashew Queso
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup jalapeno
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste

Direction:

1- Prepare K&Ns Burger Patties as per instruction on the pack and slice them.
2- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute for a minute then add tomato paste, mix it the add water gradually and make a smooth paste,
Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, mix all well and cook for a minute.
Then add potatoes and red beans and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
3- In a separate bowl add mashed peas, cheddar cheese, green chutney and mix them well.
Cashew Queso: Blend everything together aggressively until smooth!
4- Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Layer: potato filling, cashew queso, K&Ns Burger Patties, tortilla chips, peas mixture salad leaves, tomatoes, cashew queso, peas. Fold in the edges of the tortilla toward the center.
5- Place in a hot oiled skillet, seam side down. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the exterior is firm, crunchy, and golden brown. Cut and serve!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes
Serving:3-4
