Preparation of Chicken curry masala paste:
Water 250 ml / 1 cup
Onion 1 large size
Tomatoes 3 medium size
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic cloves 10 to 15
Green Chili 1 piece
Salt 1 tablespoon / as per taste
Red Chili 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cover the lid and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame.
Off the flame, wait to cool down the material and make a paste.

Preparation of aloo chicken; In a cooking pan ad vegetable cooking oil 1/2 cup, cumin seeds 1 tablespoon, cinnamon 2 pieces, black cardamom 1 piece, black pepper 10 to 15, cloves 5 to 6, chicken meat 750g, fry till brown. Ad potatoes 5 medium sizes and let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Add chicken curry masala paste. ad yogurt 1/2 cup and cook it 5 to 6 minutes. Add water 1 liter.
Add green chili and fresh coriander for garnish.
Very tasty chicken shorba is ready.
