Learn how to make Delicious Chicken Dabba Gosht/ Bohra Dabba Gosht with our chef Varun Inamdar.Chicken Dabba Gosht is a rare, exquisite, delicious, succulent, melt-in-the-mouth boneless chicken delicacy dish. It is also called as Bohra Dabba Gosht, as it was originated by Bohri Community and then, it spread across India. Ingredients:(Serves 3)- 1 tbsp Oil- 1 cup Chicken Breast(diced)- 1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste- Salt- 2 tbsp Melon Seeds - 2 tbsp Split Bengal Gram(roasted)- 1/4 cup Cashewnuts- 2 Green Chillies - 1 tsp Garam Masala- Water - 1/2 cup Curd- 2 tbsp Cream- 1 cup Macaroni(cooked)- 2 Tomatoes(slices)- 2 Potatoes(sliced and deep fried)- 1 Egg - 1/4 cup Ghee- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes- Coriander Leaves(chopped)Method:1. Heat wok over a high flame and add oil 2. Take diced chicken in a bowl, and add ginger garlic and green chilli paste to it 3. Now, add salt and mix it well 4. Add this chicken into the wok and let it cook on high flame, till the chicken is properly cooked 5. Now, in a grinding bowl, take melon seeds, roasted split bengal gram, cashew nuts, green chillies, garam masala and grind it 6. Add water to the mix and grind it again 7. Now, add the paste over the chicken; lower the flae and give it good mix 8. Add curd, cream; mix it and add cooked macaroni9. Mix the mixture well and take it out in a casserole10. Add tomato slices & sliced deep-fried potatoes over the paste & chicken mix 11. Now add beaten egg over the tomatoes & potatoes12. Now, in a pan, heat ghee and pour it over the casserole 13. Add chilli flakes, chopped coriander leaves over it14.
