Kisi bhi bari dawat k liye biryani banani hai tou yeh Biryani recipe zaror try karein.
For 12-15 kg biryani
Chicken 6-7 kg
Biryani masala homemade 260 gram or bombay biryani masala packets 4
Haldi(turmeric)1 and half tbs
Lal mirch(red chilli powder) 2 tbs
Garam masala 1and half tbs
Dhania powder(coriander) 3 tbs
Youghurt(dahi) 1 kg
Adrak lehsan paste(ginger garlic paste) 1 cup
Zarda colour(yellow and orange food colour) as required or 1 tbs
Potatoes (aloo) 1 kg or as required
Onions 1 kg(Cut them and fry them to golden brown and crisp)
Tomatoes 1 kg
Greeen chillies 20 or to taste
CORIANDER and Mint (dhania pudina) 1 cup each

Rice sella long grain 5 kg
To boil rice
Oil 1/4 cup.
Vinegar (sirka) 2 tbs
Salt (Namak)10 tablespoon
Cumin(zeera safaid) hal tbs
Bay leaves (tej patte) 5
Black pepper (sabut kali mirch ) 1 tbs
Black Cardamom (bari elaichi)6
Green Cardamom (hari Elaichi) optional 6 or 7..as their is sabut elaichi in Biryani masala
Chinese Salt 2 tsp


For layers
Biryani masala2 tsp in each layer
Hot milk 2 tbs in each layer
Lemon juice 1 tbs in each layer
Ghee 1 cup
Kewra water 2 tbs or kewra essense 5 drops
Rose water 1 tbs
