Chicken Fajita Rice

Ingredients for boiled rice:
Rice (soaked) 2 cups
Water as required
Salt 1 tbsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for Chicken Fajita Rice:
Oil 1/3 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (sliced) 1 ½ cup
Green capsicum (julienne) 1 ½ cup
Red capsicum (julienne) 1 ½ cup
Sweet corn 1 ½ cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as required
K&N’s Stok 1 cube
Water as required
Boiled rice
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Boiled Rice Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. Add salt and oil and bring it to boil.
2. Add soaked rice and cook until rice is 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Chicken Fajita Rice Preparation:
3. In a pot heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute. Add onion, green and red capsicum and cook for a minute.
4. Now chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
5. In a wok add K&N’s stok and water and cook until stock dissolves.
6. Transfer the sautéed veggies in the wok and mix well.
7. Thaw K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on the pack.
8. Add K&N’s FajitaToppingz 'n Fillingz in the prepared vegetable mixture and give it a good mix.
9. Add boiled rice and mix well over high flame for a minute. Add salt and black pepper cook for 1-2 minutes.
10. Sprinkle green onion and mix well.
11. Your Chicken Fajita Rice is ready. Serve and enjoy.
