The authentic Chinese flavour and spices mixed with tender chicken creates the best Recipe!CHICKEN FRIED RICE Ingredients 3 cups cooked Basmati rice1½ tablespoons oil2 eggs, beatenCrushed black peppercorns to taste Salt to taste1 tablespoon chopped garlic2-3 spring onion bulbs, chopped 200 grams boneless chicken, cut into thin strips1 small carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes½ medium green capsicum, finely chopped ½ medium yellow capsicum, finely chopped ½ medium red capsicum, finely chopped 1½ tablespoons schezwan sauce1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 2-3 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnishingMethod1. To prepare scrambled eggs, heat ½ tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add eggs, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed peppercorns and salt, mix and cook till the eggs are done, mixing continuously. Transfer in a bowl. 2. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute.3. Add chicken strips, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and red capsicum, mix and cook for 1 minute.4. Add 1-2 tablespoons water and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce, mix and cook for 1 minute.5. Add rice and mix. Add scrambled eggs, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add remaining schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup, mix and cook for 1 minute. 6. Add 2-3 tablespoons spring onion greens and mix well. 7.
