In a bowl add chicken mince, Kashmiri red chili powder, roasted cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice and mix well.2. Refrigerate the mixture for 3-4 hours.3. Take skewers and thread kabab mince on it and make round kabab.4. In a frying pan heat oil and cook kabab from each side for 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked. Place a coal in aluminium cup in the center of pan, add few drops of oil and cover the pan with lid.5. Let it smoke for 2-3 minutes. Remove the coal and set kabab aside.Directions for Sauce Preparation:6. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chili sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, water and bring it to boil.7. Now add slurry and cook until thick in consistency. Your sauce is ready.Directions for Sauteed Vegetables Preparation:8. In a pan heat oil and add onion, carrot, capsicum, tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
