How to make Chicken Kadai.
- Take a pan and heat 1/2 Cup Veg Oil and 1/4 Cup Ghee

-Add 1 Kg Chicken and fry it nicely for 12-15 mins.
- Add 1 Table Spoon GInger Garlic Paste
- Add 1 Medium sized thinly sliced Onion

- Let the Onion Cook it nicely- Add 4-5 Green Chilies
- Add 1/4 Cup Garlic Water (made from 4 cloves of Garlic)

- Add 1 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
- Add 1 Table Spoon Cumin Powder
- Add 1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder
- Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper Powder
- Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
- Add 1 Table Spoon Chicken Masala Powder
- Add 1 Cup Whipped Dahi

- Add 2 Table Spoon Cream- Mix Well
- Let it cook nicely CHICKEN KADAI IS READY!!

- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves while serving.
