Chicken Kathi roll is a mouth watering and scrumptious roll made using chicken filling and wrapped using a refined flour roti.CHICKEN KATHI ROLLIngredients250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips4 medium refined flour rotis1 tablespoon oil 1 green chilli, finely chopped2 medium onions, sliced1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste ½ teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 small carrot, peeled and cut into thin stripsGreen chutney as required1 medium tomato, cut into thin stripsChaat masala for sprinklingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli and ½ of onions and sauté till onion turns translucent. 2. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add cumin powder and salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes or till chicken is fully done. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add carrot and mix well. 4. Spread some chutney on each roti and put some chicken mixture in the center and top with remaining onions and tomato strips. Sprinkle some chaat masala and roll. 5. Diagonally slice the rolls. Put some green chutney on one side of a serving platter and spread using the back of the spoon. 6.
