Crunchy, crisp and delicious- these chicken keema pakodas are the perfect evening snack for everyone.

CHICKEN KEEMA PAKODA

Ingredients

200 grams chicken mince
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp chaat masala + for sprinkling
1 lemon
2 tsps Tata Sampann Chicken Masala
Salt to taste
1 egg white
½ cup dried breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying

Method

1. Take chicken mince in a bowl, add onion, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, chaat masala. Squeeze lemon, add Tata Sampann Chicken Masala, salt, egg white and dried breadcrumbs. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a kadai and drop small portions of the chicken mixture in hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown in colour and drain on an absorbent paper.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with green chutney.
