Crunchy, crisp and delicious- these chicken keema pakodas are the perfect evening snack for everyone.CHICKEN KEEMA PAKODAIngredients200 grams chicken mince1 medium onion, finely chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander 1 inch ginger, finely chopped4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped2-3 green chillies, chopped1 tsp chaat masala + for sprinkling1 lemon2 tsps Tata Sampann Chicken MasalaSalt to taste1 egg white½ cup dried breadcrumbsOil for deep fryingMethod1. Take chicken mince in a bowl, add onion, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, chaat masala. Squeeze lemon, add Tata Sampann Chicken Masala, salt, egg white and dried breadcrumbs. Mix well.2. Heat oil in a kadai and drop small portions of the chicken mixture in hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown in colour and drain on an absorbent paper.3.
