Try out this Chicken Khara Masala at home and let us know how it turned out.#ChickenKhadaMasala #ChickenMasala #SooperChefIngredients for the chicken khada masala:Oil 4 tbsp Chopped onion 1 cup Curry leaves 15-20 Green chili (sliced) 3-4 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Red chili Powder 2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Tomatoes chopped 1 cup Chicken 800 g Yogurt 1/4 cup Salt 1 tsp / to taste Water 1/2 Ingredients for tadka:Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Oil 1/2 cup Onion (sliced) 1 cup Green chili (sliced) 2-3 Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1tbsp Green coriander chopped (as required)Ingredients for garnishing:Green chilies (as required)Coriander (as required)Tomatoes (as required)Directions for the chicken masala:1- In a pan heat oil, add onion, and fry it until translucent.2- Add, curry leaves, and green chilies and cook for 1-2 mins. 3- Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute, Now add tomatoes and cook for a minute.4- Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 mins.5- Now add chicken, and cook until chicken changes its color.6- Now add yogurt, and salt and mix it well. 7- Now add water, cover, and cook for 25-30 mins. 8- Directions for tadka:1- In a pan add oil, add onion and cook for 3-4 mins.2- Now add ginger and garlic, and cook for 1-2 mins. 3- Now add green chilies and mix well, now add cumin seeds and cook until onion starts to turn brown. 4- now pour the prepared tarka over the chicken masala and mix it well. 5- Garnish it with coriander, green chilies, and tomatoes. 6- Your Khara masala chicken is ready.
