Chicken legs - 4 nos (cleaned and slightly slit)
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - juice of 1/2 lemon
Mint leaves - 4 to 5
Ginger- 1 " + Garlic cloves - 2 nos (for paste)
Salt - as required
Oil - for shallow fry
Green chillies - 5 to 6

For the coating:
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder (optional)
Salt for this powder mix alone - a pinch
