Put chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli paste and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 1 hour. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 3. Add cornflour, refined flour and egg to marinated chicken lollipops and mix well.4. Put the marinated chicken lollipops in hot oil and deep-fry till dark golden brown and crisp.
