In a bowl add chicken lollipop, salt , black pepper , green chilli paste , ginger garlic paste ,vinegar,soya sauce mix it well .2. In a blender , add soaked dried red chilli and make a fine paste and keep it aside .3. Now add garlic , ginger , green chilli , red chilli paste , egg into the lollipop mixture and mix itwell .4. Now add refined flour , corn flour , water and marinate it thoroughly and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.5. Heat oil in deep bottom pan , add the lollipops one by one and allow it to fry until it turnscrunchy .6. Once its cooked , transfer it over absorbent paper , sprinkle chaat masala , red chilli powderfrom top .7. Transfer it to serving plate , along with scehzwan chutney .8.
