Tandoori lollipop Preparation time : 20 mins Cooking time :20 mins Serving : 4 pax Ingredients quantity first marination chicken lollipop 12 nos ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 slice red chilli powder 1 tbsp salt to taste second marination kasuri methi 2 tsp curd 3 tbsp red chilli paste 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp cumin powder ¼ tsp salt to taste mustard oil 2 tbsp fresh cream 2 tbsp bamboo skewers 6nos ghee 2 tsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp methods : 1. In a bowl , add chicken lollipop , ginger garlic paste , lemon juice , red chilli powder ,salt , mix it well and keep it aside . 2. Heat a tawa , add kasuri methi , dry roast it for 10 seconds , crumble it and make a fine powder . 3. In another bowl add curd , red chilli paste , coriander powder , garam masala , cumin powder , salt , mix it well . 4. Now add mustard oil , fresh cream mix it well . 5. Meanwhile soak the skewer in water . 6. Now add the marinated chiken in to the mixture , mix well and keep it aside for 30 mins. 7. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsious . 8. Meanwhile give a coating of ghee all over . 9. Now sprinkle some kasuri methi , coriander leaves and mix it well . 10. Now take skewer peirce the marinated chicken in vertical manner and place it on baking tray. 11. Keep three marinated chicken in a skewer . 12. Bake the lollipop for 12-15 mins at 180 degree celcious . 13. After 7 mins , removethe tray and add the remaining marinater , spoonful of ghee and allow it to bake again. 14. After 15 mins , remove it and check it once , if required bake it for 2 more mins .
