Malai Boti Sizzler

Ingredients for Malai Boti:
Boneless chicken cubes 1 kg
Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt 1/2 cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp
Heated coal pieces (1-2)

Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion paste 1/2 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chilies (julienne) for garnishing
Red chili flakes for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Directions for Malai Boti Preparation:
In a bowl add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream, NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt, black pepper, white pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well and set aside for 20-25 mins.
In a preheated pan add oil and fry the marinated chicken until fully done. Turn off flame and place heated coal pieces in the center of the pan. Drizzle oil on them and cover with li. Smoke for 1-2 mins. set aside.
Directions for Gravy Preparation:
Now in a preheated pan add oil, onion paste and saut it for a minute. Now add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt and cook for 2 mins.
Add black pepper, salt, white pepper and mix it well.
Now add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for a minute.
Heat a sizzler plate and brush butter on it.Place onion rings and prepared malai boti on it. Pour prepared gravy on top.
Garnish it with red chili flakes, green coriander, green chilies and serve. Malai Boti Sizzler is ready.
