CHICKEN MANDI MASALA BHENDI
Ingredients:-
Chicken -500 g
Okra - 250 g
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Gundu chillies - 4-5
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Curry leaves -2 spring
Onions - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 4-5
Peanut powder - 1 tsp
Rice water - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1bunch
Peanut oil - as required
Salt - to taste
METHOD:-
In a pan add peanut oil, and add chicken pieces, and fry them.now transfer into a plate. In the same oil, add mustard seeds, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves, and add some onions and fry it.In this add turmeric powder, bendi pieces, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chilli powder,green chillies, coriander powder, shallots, peanut powder, rice water, and bring to a boil. Now add the chicken pieces, some salt and cook for 10 minutes.In the last add coriander leaves. serve with hot rice
