- 1mcf mui | 1tsp salt
- 1/2 c hnh ty | 1/2 an onion
- 2mc ng phn | 2tbsp rock sugar
- du ngh | turmeric-infused oil
- 5-6 l chanh | 5-6 lime leaves
- 20g me | 20g tamarind
- 30ml nc nng | 30ml hot water
- 2mc du n | 2tbsp cooking oil
- 1mc hnh bm | 1tbsp minced shallots
- 1mc ti bm | 1tbsp minced garlic
- 30ml nc ct me | 30ml tamarind juice
- 50ml nc luc g | 50ml chicken broth
- 4mc nc tng | 4tbsp soy sauce
- 1mc du ho | 1tbsp oyster sauce
- 2mc ng | 2tbsp sugar
- 1mcf bt nng + 20ml nc | 1tsp tapioca starch + 20ml water
