Chicken Nuggets Recipe by Cooking with Asifa.
Ingredients:-
Oil:
- Cooking Oil (for deep frying)
Meat:
- Minced Chicken (500 g)
Vegetables:
- Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
Spices:
- Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
- White Pepper (1/2 tsp)
- Paprika Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Salt (0.5 tsp / as you like)
- Black pepper powder (1/4 tsp)

Others:
- Egg (1)
- Bread Slices (2)
- Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp)
- Water (as required)
- Corn Flour (1/4 cup)
- Baking Powder (1 tsp)
- Mustard Paste (1 tsp)
- Bread crumbs (1.5 cups)
- All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Recipe:-
- Marinate minced chicken (500 g) with salt (as you like), paprika powder (1/2 tsp), black pepper (1/2 tsp), white pepper (1/2 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), mustard paste (1 tsp), soy sauce (1/2 tsp), lemon juice (1 tbsp), chopped bread slices (2) for 30-40 minutes in refrigerator.
- Shape your nuggets, refrigerate for 10-20 minutes approximately or more if you like.
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour (1/2 cup), cornflour (1/4 cup), salt (1/2 tsp), black pepper powder (1/4 tsp), baking powder (1 tsp), egg (1), and chilled water (as required) until a smooth batter is formed.
- Fill a bowl with breadcrumbs (1.5 cups).
- Dip nuggets in batter and then in breadcrumbs & deep fry on a medium flame until golden brown.
- Place nuggets in a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Enjoy your chicken nuggets!
