Chicken Pastrami Club Sandwich
Ingredients for Garlic Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tbsp
Fresh Parsley (chopped) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Coleslaw:
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Icing sugar 1 tsp

Ingredients for Fried Egg:
Egg 1
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste

Ingredients for Assembling:
K&N’S Pastrami Strips 2-3
Garlic mayo sauce as required
Coleslaw as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Tomato (sliced) as required
Cucumber (sliced) as required
Egg 1
Grilled Sandwich bread as required
Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
For garlic mayo sauce add mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, garlic, parsley in a bowl and mix it well. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
Directions for Coleslaw Preparation:
For coleslaw take a bowl, add mayo, icing sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Add cabbage, carrot in it, mix well again and its ready. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before serving.
Directions for Fried Egg Preparation:
In a frying pan heat oil and fry egg in it until fully cooked from both sides. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Your fried egg is ready, set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Now take sandwich bread and remove edges. Grill your bread from both sides for a minute.
Now, spread garlic mayo sauce on grilled slice, place lettuce leaves, K&N’s Pastrami Strips and place another grilled slice on top. Spread mayo sauce again and place lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and fried egg on top. Drizzle more garlic mayo sauce and cover it with another grilled bread slice.
Cut it into triangular shape and secure your sandwich with toothpick.
Serve it with fries and coleslaw. Your delicious Chicken Pastrami Club Sandwich is now ready to serve.
