Directions for Schezwan Sauce Preparation:In a pan heat sesame oil and add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, red chili paste, black pepper crushed and let it simmer for 4-5 mins.Now add chicken stock and cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame or until thickens. Lastly add 5-spice powder and mix well. Take off flame and set aside.Directions for Schezwan Noodles Preparation:Prepare Guard Spaghetti as per instructions on the pack.Heat oil in a frying pan and add chicken. Cook chicken until changes color.Keep the heat high, add black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add onion, carrot, cabbage, red bell pepper and saute for 1 minute.Now add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, salt and cook for 2 minutes.Add the boiled spaghetti and stir until well combined.
