Ingredients for chicken:
1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1-2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Mustard paste
Ingredients for veggies:
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 cup Capsicum (cubes)
1 cup Tomato (cubes)
1 cup Onion (cubes)
Ingredients for shashlik sauce:
2 tbsp Oil
2 cups Ketchup
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Chili flakes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Hot sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Water as required
Ingredients for fried rice:
1 tbsp Oil
2 cup Rice
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
Green onion for garnish
2 Egg omelets
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Yellow food color

Directions for chicken marination:
In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, paprika, oil, crushed chili and mustard paste.
Mix all them well and marinate chicken cubes in it for 30 minutes.
Directions for veggies:
In separate pan heat oil, add capsicum, tomato, onion, salt and black pepper in it.
Sauté all the veggies for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
Directions for sauce:
In a pan heat oil and then sauté garlic in it. Then add half of the marinated chicken in it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
Then add ketchup, tomato paste, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency, then add saute veggies and mix it.
Directions for fried rice:
In a pan bring water to boil, add rice, salt, oil and cook until 80% done.
In another pan heat oil and sauté garlic in it. Then add carrot, capsicum and cook for a minute.
Then add boiled rice, black pepper, soy sauce, food color, omelet and spring onion.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and your rice are ready.
Directions for chicken skewers:
Take wooden skewers and thread remaining marinated chicken and veggies in it.
In a grill pan heat oil and cook chicken skewers for each side for 6 to 7 minutes or until done.
In a platter dish out rice, pour sauce on top and place chicken skewers on it and serve.
