Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:1 packet of around 300 grams of Rice / Wheat Noodles2 Chicken breast boneless or Paneer/Tofu for Vegetarians1.5 tablespoon Oil1 Capsicum & Bell Peppers1/2 cup Mushrooms1 Carrot1 tablespoon grated Ginger 2 tablespoon/10g Soya sauce2 tablespoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup1 teaspoons Cornflour1 teaspoons Chilli sauceSalt to taste Method:1. Boil noodles in a pot of water till just done. Drain, apply some oil and set aside 2. In a large wok or kadhai, heat oil over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes till done. Remove from the heat and set aside.If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu or paneer instead of chicken 3. Add vegetables and saute for 1 minute, then add ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If you want the vegetables to be done but still crisp, don't cook too much. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine some water, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch.5. Add the chicken, noodles and sauce mixture to the kadhai and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Pack in the lunch box
