A good Chicken Broth or Chicken Stock made from scratch is such an overlooked ingredient in today's modern home kitchen. Most Chicken Noodle Soup or variations of Chicken soup use pre-packaged or pre-made stock that comes in a can. It is a shame that more recipes do not call for homemade broth or stock or include that step in the recipe. It is an essential part of cooking soups and many other recipes to know how to cook your own broth, Beef stock or soup stock. The Broth or a good stock is usually the base of so much delicious food, that it should never be overlooked for quality dinner recipes.
