Bittermelon Chicken Fry

Ingredients :-

Chicken Mince: 250g
Bitter gourd: 3
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies- 4
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Aam chur powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- few sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Sugar - Pinch
Oil - As Required.

Method:-

Cut The karela as shown. Marinate chicken with salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Stuff the karela with marinated mince chicken. Shallow fry these stuffed karelas.
In a pan add oil, cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, onion and salt. Saut it. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, aam chur, chilli powder, garam masala , tomatoes and some water. Cook it till tomatoes turn into soft. Then adjust salt, add pinch of sugar and fried karela and toss it for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
