Chicken Naan Wrap

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Boneless chicken (cubes) 800 g
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sweet and sour red Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Mustard Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/3 cup
Green chilies 3-4
Water as required


Ingredients for Assembling:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Marinated chicken
Cream 1/2 cup
Naan
Sweet and sour red sauce as required
Mustard mayo sauce as required
Green chutney as required

Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken, tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix well. marinate fir 15-20 mins.
Directions for Sweet and Sour Red Sauce Preparation:
2. In a bowl add mayo, sriracha sauce and sweet chili sauce. Mix well and your sauce is ready.
Directions for Mustard Mayo Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl mayo, garlic, mustard paste, black pepper, salt , lemon juice and mix well. your mustard mayo sauce is ready.
Directions for Green chutney Preparation:
4. In a glass jar add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, water and blend it well. your green chutney is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
5. On a pan heat oil and onion, tomatoes and cook for a minute.
6. Now add marinated chicken and cook until it changes color.
7. Shred with the help of scrapers. Cook until chicken is fully done.
8. Add cream and mix it well.
9. Now place a naan on pan and drizzle green chutney and mustard mayo sauce on it.
10. Now add prepared chicken and half fold in it.
11. Drizzle sweet and sour red sauce and mustard mayo sauce on top.
12. Serve with fries and enjoy.
