CHICKEN TAWA PULAO - (Serves - 4)Ingredients250 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes 3 cups cooked rice1 tablespoon oil2 medium onions, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste3 medium tomatoes, chopped ½ teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon coriander powder1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala ½ teaspoon cumin powder 1 medium green capsicum, choppedSalt to taste 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till translucent.2. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes, mix and cook till it turns pulpy. 3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala and cumin powder, mix well and cook till the oil separates from the masala.4. Add little water and mix. Add chicken and capsicum and mix. Add salt, mix and cook till the chicken is fully done.5. Add rice and toss. Add butter and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. 6.
