Heat oil in a non-stick wok. 2. Slice garlic, add to pan and sauté till golden. Add fresh red chillies and onions, mix and sauté till onion turns golden.3. Add Thai green curry paste and mix well. Add chicken mince and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Add rice and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for a minute. Add coconut milk and some water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.5.
