Watch as Pallavi shares her recipie to cook up a rich and flavorful gravy to go along with some fabulous Malai Chicken Tikka.
The gravy contains a lot of Indian spices that make it smell wonderful and gives a lingering after taste.

Ingredients:

200g Malai tikka
2 tbsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1 tbsp Jeera powder (Cumin powder)
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch
2 tbsp Posta dana paste (Poppy seed paste)
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Lasun paste (Garlic paste)
Khada garam masala made using 2 elaichis(cardamom), 1 small dalchini(cinnamon), 4 laungs(cloves), 1 large elaichi (cardamom)
Onions, finely chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes, pureed
