Chicken Tikka Loaded Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Potato (fries cut) 1 kg
Ingredients for Tikka Masala:
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon sticks 2 sticks
Loves 12-15
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper corns 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Dynamite Sauce:
Mayo 1 cup
Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce 4 tbsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/4 tsp
Directions for Tikka Masala:
In a blender add zeera powder, coriander powder, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, loves, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, black pepper corns and paprika.
Blend all these spices well and your tikka masala is ready. Set aside.
Direction for Marination:
Now in a bowl add yogurt, tikka masala, chicken and mix them well. marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now on a pan add oil when it heats up then add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Don’t over cook the chicken when it’s glazy, keep it aside.
Directions for Fries:
Now cut the potatoes in a fries shape and soak them in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Take it off then deep fry until it becomes golden brown. Your fries are ready.
Directions for Dynamite Sauce:
Now in a bowl add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika and sesame oil.
Mix well and your dynamite sauce is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
Now on a platter add hot fries, your chicken tikka cubes and drizzle dynamite sauce on top.
Your chicken tikka loaded fries are ready to serve.
