Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe
Ingredients for Dough Preparation:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Luke warm water as required

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Boneless chicken 500g
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Preparation:
Oil 1/4 cup
Marinated chicken
Heated coal
Oil 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Pizza dough
Pizza sauce as required
Cooked chicken tikka as required
Mozzarella cheese (Grated) as required
Capsicum (sliced) as required
Onion (sliced) as required
Black olives as required
Oregano as required
Red chili flakes as required
Egg wash as required

Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt, yeast and luke warm water. Knead it well and make smooth dough. Rest until it rises or gets double in size.
Directions for Chicken Marination Preparation:
2. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and National Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix. Mix it well and marinate it for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Chicken Tikka Preparation:
3. Now in a preheated pan add oil and marinated chicken and cook it until its fully done.
4. Now place a heated charcoal in a foil cup in middle of cooked chicken tikka, add oil on it and cover it with a lid and smoke for 1-2 mins.

5. Now roll the dough with the rolling pin a shape of a pizza and put it on the pizza try and make its edges with fingers.
6. Now spread pizza sauce and top it with prepared chicken, mozzarella cheese, capsicum, onions, black olives, and sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes. Brush the edges with egg wash
7. Now bake it in a preheated oven for 10-15 mins on 180 degree.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
