Tortilla wraps stuffed with freshly made chicken tikka and other ingredients. A wholesome recipe.CHICKEN TIKKA TORTILLA WRAPIngredients400 grams boneless chicken, cut into dices4 tortillas 2 tablespoons lemon juiceSalt to taste2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon garam masala powder¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder1½ teaspoons chaat masala1 tablespoon olive oil + for grilling1½ teaspoons lemon juice2 medium onions, cut into stripsA few fresh coriander sprigsA few fresh Iceberg lettuce leaves Method1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with oil.2. Combine lemon juice, salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder and chicken in a bowl and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.3. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and ½ teaspoon chaat masala and mix well. 4. Add olive oil and remaining chilli powder and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes. 5. Place the chicken on the baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.6. Take chicken tikka in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and onion strips. Mix well. Roughly tear coriander sprigs and add. Mix well.7. Place a tortilla on the worktop. Roughly tear some lettuce leaves and put on it. Top with the prepared chicken tikka mixture and some onion strips. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Reserve some onion strips.8. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the prepared tortilla wraps and grill till evenly done from both sides.9. Combine remaining onion strips, remaining chaat masala, remaining lemon juice and torn coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well.10.
