Chili Lime Roasted Cauliflower | Healthy Indian Twist

INGREDIENTS
1 medium head cauliflower (about 1 1/4 pounds), cut into small florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Seat salt to taste
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika/ Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 scallion, ends trimmed and finely sliced
Lemon
METHOD
Wash and cut the cauliflower in small florets of similar size.
Add oil, and all spices.
Mix well and bake in oven for 20-25 mins on 425 Degrees Fahrenheit by mixing 2-3 times in between.
Broil on high heat for 5 mins before taking it out of the oven.
Squeeze ½ lemon and mix well. Add Scallions or spring onions.
Serve hot!
