Chilli Aloo is an excellent Indo-Chinese dishes in Golden fried potatoes tossed with bell peppers, onions and exotic sauce adds remarkable taste and flavour to the dish.

Ingredients:
Spring onions chopped 1 Tablespoons
Onions, cut 1 Numbers
Green bell pepper 1 Numbers
Ginger, chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic, chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper pd 1/2 Teaspoons
Green chilli sauce 1 Tablespoons
Soya sauce 1 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
MSG pinch
Tomato ketchup 1 Teaspoons
Water as needed
Cornstarch 1 Tablespoons
All purpose flour 11/2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Chilli paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Potatoes, cut into cubes 200 Grams
Oil for frying

Directions:
In a bowl, add some chilli paste, salt, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, little water and make a slightly thick batter. Put in the potato pieces in this mixture and mix gently to coat all the potato pieces nicely. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato pieces until golden in colour and crisp. For making the slurry, in a bowl add tomato ketchup, vinegar, MSG, salt, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, pepper pd and mix well. Keep this mixture aside. Heat little oil in a pan and when itrsquo;s hot, add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, green bell peppers and onions. Slightly sauteacute; and add the slurry, mix and bring to a boil. Add the fried potatoes and toss well. Sprinkle some spring onions, mix and switch off the flame. Serve hot.

Chilli paste - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1 ½ tbsp
Water - as needed
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
MSG - pinch(optional)
Salt - to taste
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper pd - ½ tsp
Garlic, chopped ½ tsp
Ginger, chopped - ½ tsp
Green bell pepper - 1 no
Onions, cut - 1 no
Spring onions - 1 tbsp

Method:
