A mixture prepared with mushrooms, cheese, herbs and spices and deep fried served with a dip.CHILLI MUSHROOM PAKORAIngredients1-2 fresh red chillies, finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped½ cup chopped button mushrooms1 cup fresh breadcrumbs1 medium onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon cornstarch½ cup grated processed cheeseSalt to tasteOil for deep-frying¼ cup mayonnaise1-2 tablespoons green chutney Method1. Take breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add mushrooms, onion, fresh red chillies, green chillies, chilli powder, coriander leaves and cornstarch and mix. Add processed cheese and mix well.2. Add 2-3 tablespoons water and mix till well combined. Add salt and mix well.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the prepared mixture and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4. Take mayonnaise in a bowl. Add green chutney and mix well.5.
