Ingredients for Chinese filling:
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 500 g
Chicken powder 1 ½ tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Cabbage (julienne) 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1/2 cup
Spaghetti (boiled) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp
Spring onion (chopped) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Orange Sauce:
Orange juice 1 cup
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch / to taste
Vinegar 2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Add corn flour slurry 2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling;
Bread slices as required
Chinese filling as required
Oil as required
Water (for soaking) as required
All-purpose flour as required
Beaten eggs as require
Bread crumbs as required

Directions for Chinese Filling Preparation:
1. In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, cook for a minute.
2. Now add boiled chicken and cook for another minute. Add chicken powder, black pepper powder, oyster sauce, white pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Now add butter, flour, cabbage, onion, carrot, spaghetti, capsicum, red chili flakes and toss over high flame for 1-2 minutes. Now add spring onion and toss well.
4. Your Chinese filling is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Orange Sauce Preparation:
5. In a pan heat orange juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, butter, salt, vinegar, white pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Now add butter and cook until butter dissolves.
7. Add slurry and cook until thick in consistency. Your orange sauce is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
8. Take bread slices and remove the edges. Dip the slice sin water, press in hands to release excess water.
9. Now take the Chinese filling, place it on soaked bread, and combine the bread edges to form patty shape.
10. Now coat the prepared patty in flour, dip it in egg, coat in bread crumbs and set aside.
11. Shallow fry in a pan until golden and crispy from each side.
12. Your Chinese Chicken Balls are ready to serve. Dip in orange sauce and enjoy.
