Chicken cooked with Chinese sauces and fried noodlesCHINESE CHICKENIngredients200 gms boneless chicken, cut into small pieces5 spring onions2 tbsps oil2 tsps soy sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp Schezwan chutney1 tsp sugar1 tsp vinegar2 stalks spring onion greens2 tsps toasted sesame seeds½ cup crushed fried noodlesMethod1. Chop spring onions roughly.2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onions, chicken and soy sauce and mix. 3. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Add Schezwan chutney and mix. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook.4. Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl.5. When chicken is ready add it to the spring onion greens. Add 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and crushed fried noodles and mix.6.
