Chicken cooked with Chinese sauces and fried noodles

CHINESE CHICKEN

Ingredients

200 gms boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
5 spring onions
2 tbsps oil
2 tsps soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan chutney
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
2 stalks spring onion greens
2 tsps toasted sesame seeds
½ cup crushed fried noodles

Method

1. Chop spring onions roughly.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onions, chicken and soy sauce and mix.
3. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Add Schezwan chutney and mix. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook.
4. Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl.
5. When chicken is ready add it to the spring onion greens. Add 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and crushed fried noodles and mix.
6. Transfer into serving dish, sprinkle 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
