Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Spring onion
Salt to taste

Manchurian :
Cabbage ( grated ) - 2 cups
Cauliflower (grated ) - 1 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/4 cup
Spring onion - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Schezwan chutney - 1 tbsp
Red chilli - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Schezwan chutney - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil to fry

For manchurian gravy :
Garlic -2 tbsp
Ginger -1 tsp

Red peppe -1/4 cupr
Yellow pepper -1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
