Chips And Peanut Crunch

COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES
SERVES:

INGREDIENTS
2 cups soft flour, sieved.
4 tbsp margarine
1 small onion, pureed.
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup peanuts.
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
Oil
Salt

DIRECTION
Mix flour , baking powder and salt together.
Add margarine, rub in, add garlic, puree onion and mix into a dough.
Flour a flat surface and rolling pin and roll the dough into half inch thin
Cut into diagonal shapes and sprinkle with flour to prevent from sticking together.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
fry them until they are crisp and golden.
Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Fry the peanut in the oil until crispy.
Chips is ready. Serve with peanuts.
