PREP TIME: 15 MINUTESCOOK TIME: 25 MINUTESSERVES:INGREDIENTS2 cups soft flour, sieved.4 tbsp margarine1 small onion, pureed.1 tsp baking powder1 cup peanuts.4 cloves of garlic, minced.OilSaltDIRECTION Mix flour , baking powder and salt together. Add margarine, rub in, add garlic, puree onion and mix into a dough. Flour a flat surface and rolling pin and roll the dough into half inch thin Cut into diagonal shapes and sprinkle with flour to prevent from sticking together. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. fry them until they are crisp and golden. Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Fry the peanut in the oil until crispy. Chips is ready. Serve with peanuts.
