[email protected]Ingredients:Flour / Maida – 1 CupCocoa Powder – 1/4 cupCondensed Milk – 1/2 CupMilk - 1/2 CupOil - 2 tbspMelted Butter – 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cupVinegar – 1 tspBaking Powder – 1 tspBaking Soda - 1/2 tspVanilla Powder - 1 tspMelted Chocolate, Nutella, Nuts & Confetti – As requiredMethod : • Wet Ingredients – Mix the milk, condensed milk, vinegar, oil & butter in a bowl and keep aside.• Dry Ingredients – Sift together – flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla powder.• Heat the idli steamer and grease the idli plates with oil.• Pour the wet ingredients in the dry, and whisk the ingredients together, spoon the batter into 16 idli moulds. • Steam the idlis for 15-18 minutes in medium flame, then let cool and scoop out. • Decorate with melted chocolate, nuts and serve with warm nutella ganache.Nutella Ganache Recipe : Simmer 100ml Cream, pour into 100g dark chocolate & 3 heap tablespoons of nutella.
