Chocolate Banoffee Balls.-A wonderful mixture of chocolate and ripe banana with digestive biscuits shaped into balls and served.CHOCOLATE BANOFFEE BALLSIngredients1 cup melted dark chocolate1 banana1½ cups finely crushed digestive biscuitsToffee sauce ½ cup sugar¼ cup fresh cream1 tablespoon salted butter Method1. To make toffee sauce, heat a non-stick pan. Add sugar and let it melt, stirring once a while. 2. Add cream and mix well. Add butter and keep mixing till it melts. Transfer in a bowl.3. Peel, place the banana in another bowl and mash. Add crushed biscuits and mix well. Reserve some toffee sauce, add remaining and mix well. 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into medium size balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. Coat the balls with the melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes. 6. Drizzle reserved toffee sauce and sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top and serve.
