Chocolate Chia Shake for Kids Healthy Chia Smoothie

A delicious and healthy smoothie or shake recipe, packed full of nutritious ingredients and energy-boosting chia seeds. This makes a really great snack or a brilliant addition to breakfast for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:
500ml / 2 cups milk
100g / 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
