Chocolate Cookie Truffle | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Crumbled chocolate cream cookies rolled into a ball and coated with white chocolate.

CHOCOLATE COOKIE TRUFFLE

Ingredients

15-20 dark chocolate cream cookies
2 tablespoons fresh cream
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
½ cup melted white chocolate

Method

1. To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chopped chocolate, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and mix till chocolate melts and well incorporated.
2. Grind the cream cookies to make a fine mixture and transfer in a bowl.
3. Add ganache and mix well.
4. Divide the mixture into equal portion, shape them into balls and transfer onto a plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Line a tray with a silicon mat.
6. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place on the silicon mat. Keep aside till set.
7. Serve immediately.
