Crumbled chocolate cream cookies rolled into a ball and coated with white chocolate.CHOCOLATE COOKIE TRUFFLEIngredients15-20 dark chocolate cream cookies2 tablespoons fresh cream½ cup chopped dark chocolate½ cup melted white chocolateMethod1. To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chopped chocolate, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and mix till chocolate melts and well incorporated.2. Grind the cream cookies to make a fine mixture and transfer in a bowl.3. Add ganache and mix well. 4. Divide the mixture into equal portion, shape them into balls and transfer onto a plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.5. Line a tray with a silicon mat. 6. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place on the silicon mat. Keep aside till set.7.
