Watch the recipe, try at home and impress your loved ones!CHOCOLATE CUPS WITH ICE CREAMIngredients1½ cups chopped milk chocolate 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream4 scoops of mango ice creamStrawberry wedges for garnishChocolate fingers for garnishFresh mint sprigs for garnishMethod1. Meal the milk chocolate in the microwave, mixing in between every 30 seconds till the chocolate is melted completely.2. Temper the chocolate by mixing it to bring down the temperature.3. Take a small balloon and dip the lower part of it into the melted chocolate to cover the bottom and a little bit of the sides to make a cup.4. Add some melted chocolate on a parchment paper and place the balloon over it. Refrigerate till set.5. Make a small incision on the top of the balloon and let it inflate, Discard the balloon and arrange the cups on a serving plate.6. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop of mango ice cream into each chocolate cup. 7. Garnish with strawberry wedges, chocolate finger and fresh mint sprig.8. Serve immediately.
