A chocolate ganache mixed with hazelnuts and refrigerated to set, cut into bars and served.CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BARSIngredients¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread1 cup fresh cream1 cup chopped dark chocolate1 tablespoon butter¼ cup crushed crackers biscuits¼ cup crushed hazelnuts + for sprinklingMethod1. To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.2. Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. Add butter and mix well. 3. Add crushed cracker biscuits and hazelnuts to ganache and mix. 4. Line a barfi tray with a cling film, transfer the chocolate-hazelnut mixture, level it out and tap. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.5. Demould, spread chocolate hazelnut spread and sprinkle remaining hazelnut on top.6.
