Chocolate Hazelnut Puff | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The combination of hazelnut and chocolate is legendary, try this sweet recipe to why exactly why!

CHOCOLATE-HAZELNUT PUFF - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

150 grams milk chocolate slab
Hazelnut spread as required
Puff pastry dough as required
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
Refined flour for dusting
Milk for brushing

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180º C. Spread a silicon mat on a baking tray.
2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place some dough on it and roll out into ½ inch thick square. Even out the edges by discarding excess dough.
3. Spread some hazelnut spread in the centre of the square. Sprinkle hazelnuts on top and place the chocolate slab on it. Bring the edges inside and wrap into a parcel.
4. Place the prepared puff on the baking tray and make incisions on the top. Brush some milk, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve.
