Chocolate mousse with avocadoServes 41 ripe avocados, stone removed2 ripe bananas3 tbsp nut butter4 tbsp cacao powder or more to tastea pinch of sea saltberries and fresh mint, for garnishPlace all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Puree until mousse consistency.Scoop into glasses or small coffee cups and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
