Heat khoya in a non-stick pan, add sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens. 2. Sift cocoa powder into the pan and mix well. Add liquid chocolate food colour and mix well. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and let it cool. 3. Divide the prepared mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into pedas. 4.
