Caramel Chocolate PuddingIngredients:For Pudding:800 ml milk1 tbsp cocoa powder200 ml amul fresh cream7 tbsp sugar1 tbsp vanilla essence10-12 grams agar agar powderFor the caramel:5 tbsp sugarHow to make Caramel Chocolate Pudding:In a saucepan add some milk, cream, sugar, agar agar powder, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and whisk it for 30 seconds.Cook the mixture until it's nicely boiling and bubbling, once cooked keep aside. Pudding mixture is readyTake another pan to add sugar and directly cook it on medium flame until the sugar gets melt or caramelized.
