Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 1 minute. Makes 18 slices. Baking Temperature: 180°C (360°F). Baking Time: 25 minutes. ½ cup plain flour (maida)A pinch of soda bi-carb5 tbsp coarsely powdered walnuts (akhrot)2 tbsp castor sugar¼ cup grated dark chocolate¼ cup condensed milk5 tbsp melted butter1. Sieve the flour with the soda bi-carb. Add the powdered walnuts and castor sugar, mix well and keep aside.2. Combine the dark chocolate and condensed milk in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a slow flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously. 3. Combine together the chocolate mixture, flour mixture and melted butter in a bowl and mix well using a spatula. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased loose bottom cake tin and spread it evenly. 5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.6. Cool slightly and cut into slices and store in an air-tight container.
